Do you believe that churches, faith and community groups have a significant role to play in reducing isolation and loneliness? Do you have a vision for an asset-based, community response to isolation and loneliness amongst older people? We need someone with passion and imagination and the ability to work creatively with older people to develop the Warm Welcome Network, creating community spaces across Middlesbrough where older people can enjoy a warm welcome, and form new friendships, a place to grow and flourish. You must have excellent communication skills, an ability to develop relationships with a wide range of people, experience of working with churches, faith and community groups and an understanding of the issues and difficulties faced by older people who are lonely and isolated.
